Jerry is a seasoned litigator having practiced since 1989. Jerry has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in diverse cases in the Massachusetts and Federal Court including domestic relations, undue influence, attorney malpractice, trust and fiduciary litigation, laches and estoppel, contracts, Federal Tort CLaims, obstructon of justice, loan modifications, securities fraud, trademark, insurance fidelity, and business buyouts.

Jerry has extensive trial and appellate experience. He has tried cases in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and has briefed and argued appeals in both the Massachusestts Appeals Court and the United States Court of Appeal for the First Circuit.
